Very friendly an accommodating, I had to stay an extra night and it was no problem for the hotel.

I love everything about the hotel.

I would recommend this hotel to others. It was close to entertainment and restaurants, also a big plus being on the main road to everything especially the base and the airport.

The TV worked.

The toilet was full of crap when we checked in, the blanket had hole burned in them, and gum stuck on floor.

The housekeeper did not clean the sink or the toilet the second day we were there, as well as the key cards expired everyday and we were on the 3rd floor so we had to everyday get new key cards after walking to the third floor. Aggravating to say the least. ...read more

To close to the main highway a lot of traffic noise.

For the price, it was good and the location was very easy to access downtown.

Burned out light bulbs were not replaced when requested.

The facility was centrally located for the business we had, the winter price was fair, it was convenient to restaurants and other amenities, clean, and there were electrical outlets available for engine block heaters had they been necessary. ...read more

Difficulty using key to enter room.

After a short taxi ride from Fairbanks airport, I checked in. I had difficulty unlocking my room; other customers had the same problem. The room itself was clean and comfortable, with a full bathroom, cable TV and free wireless internet connection. From 6am to 9am, the hotel offered a continental breakfast with juice, milk, coffee, English muffins, muffins and cereal. The central location allowed me to explore the city on foot. Staff was not friendly, no extra pillows, poorly kept.

Staff was not very friendly, not helpful even when coming to the front desk. The place seemed kind of depressing. I would not stay there again.
